Pullman ZamZam Makkah sits inside the Abraj Al Bait (Clock Tower) complex in the King Abdulaziz Endowment, on the southern plaza of Al Masjid Al Haram, about 210 m from King Abdulaziz Gate, roughly a 3-4 minute walk. It is part of Accor's Pullman brand.

Its 1,301 rooms and suites range from 37 sqm Classic and Deluxe rooms to the Junior Suite (45 sqm), Executive Suite (55 sqm) and Presidential Suite (70 sqm). Some rooms have partial Haram or Kaaba views, and some carry live Haram audio. Dining spans Al Zahra (all-day international and oriental buffet), Al Yasmine (international, Arabian and Asian buffet), Al Amber (buffet or à la carte) and Tea Garden for tea and coffee.

Guests get free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, the paid Enaya Spa, an Executive Lounge and meeting spaces on three levels, plus a shopping arcade, currency exchange and car rental. The hotel is fully non-smoking and does not accept pets. Rooms, public areas and restaurants are under renovation, so ask about the works before you reserve.
