These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 4Safar ("4Safar", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website at 4safar.com and its subdomains. By browsing the platform, creating an account, or sending a booking or contact request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

4Safar is a digital platform operated by a licensed Egyptian tourism company. It lets travelers discover, compare, and request Umrah and Hajj packages, hotels, and related travel services offered by licensed travel companies in Egypt.

4Safar acts as an intermediary that connects you with these licensed travel companies. Unless we clearly state otherwise, we are not the provider of the travel services themselves; the trip is arranged and delivered by the licensed company you choose.

Some features require an account. By using the platform, you agree to:

4Safar uses a request-based model. When you send a booking or trip request, our team reviews it and routes it to the relevant licensed travel company, which contacts you — usually within 12 hours — to confirm availability, details, and final pricing.

Sending a request is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes binding only once the licensed travel company confirms it with you. The contract for the trip itself is between you and that licensed company and is subject to its own terms and conditions.

Prices shown on 4Safar are provided by the licensed travel companies and may change, sell out, or contain errors until confirmed. Final pricing, inclusions, and availability are confirmed directly by the company.

4Safar does not collect card payments on the platform. Any payment for a package is made directly to the licensed travel company under its own payment methods and terms.

Cancellations, changes, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by the policy of the licensed travel company that operates your trip. Please review that company's policy before confirming a booking. 4Safar is not responsible for the cancellation, refund, or rescheduling decisions of the travel companies.

When using 4Safar, you agree not to:

The 4Safar name, logo, design, text, and software are owned by 4Safar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission. Content provided by travel companies remains the responsibility of those companies.

The platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that listings, prices, availability, or other details provided by travel companies are always complete or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Safar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, services, or travel arrangements of the licensed travel companies. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold 4Safar harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will provide a clearer notice. Your continued use of 4Safar after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
