Swissotel Makkah

Swissotel Makkah is an Accor hotel inside the Abraj Al Bait (Clock Towers) complex on Ajyad Street. It is about 100-200 meters from the Haram, with its own Ajyad Street entrance, a direct elevator to Haram level, and an indoor passage through the Abraj Al Bait mall, so the whole way is on foot.

It has about 1,487 rooms and suites in Classic, Premier, Junior Suite, Family Suite and Royal Suite categories, including accessible rooms. Some rooms have Kaaba or partial Haram views at a higher price; the rest face the city. Families can choose triple, quad or connecting rooms, or the two-bedroom Royal Suite for six. Dining includes Al Ruwad buffet restaurant, Al Ruwad Tea Lounge, Swiss Go snacks and 24-hour room service. Breakfast is not always included (about SAR 90 per adult, SAR 45 per child).

There is a prayer area, prayer rugs in rooms and free Wi-Fi in public areas, and the hotel is non-smoking. There is no pool, parking is off-site and paid (about SAR 250/day), and elevator waits can reach 10 minutes at prayer times.
