Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Hajar Tower Makkah occupies the Hajar Tower of the Abraj Al Bait complex, directly opposite the King Abdul Aziz Gate on the southern side of the Grand Mosque. The Haram is under 100 m away, about a 2-3 minute walk, so guests can reach the mosque for the five daily prayers and tawaf without transport.

Rooms range from Classic king, twin and three-single-bed rooms, some with a partial Kaaba view, to Deluxe Suites and a 150 sqm Royal Suite with a dining room and seating area. Dining covers the main Al Nasim restaurant, the Al Firdaous buffet (international and Southeast Asian), the Hajar buffet (international and Swiss), and the Al Diwan and Al Naim tea lounges, plus a complimentary chocolate hour every afternoon.

Families get a kids' club, a children's menu and paid babysitting, and the property is wheelchair accessible. Services include a 24-hour front desk and room service, laundry and pressing, paid valet parking, free WiFi and direct access to the Abraj Al Bait Mall. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, and breakfast is not included in every rate.
