Wirgan Al Noor, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, sits in the Al Khansa district of Makkah, off Al Hajj Road and close to Jabal Al Noor and the Hira Cave. The hotel is about 3.3 km from Masjid Al Haram, and the nearest gate is Bab Al Salam on the northern side toward the Masaa. Since the location is beyond walking distance, the hotel runs a free shuttle that takes guests to and from the Haram, which keeps the trip for prayers and tawaf simple and comfortable. It is the largest Tapestry Collection hotel in the world and the brand's first in Makkah; it opened in 2023 as Wirgan Makkah Al Noor and joined Hilton in early 2026. It is a sensible choice for pilgrims who do not insist on staying in the central area, with the Haram a short shuttle ride away.

The hotel has 1,386 rooms and suites across several categories, including Superior rooms, Junior Suites, Family Suites and Double rooms with two beds, so it works for solo pilgrims and families alike. Family Suites give families more space, while the twin-bed Double rooms suit those travelling with a companion or in a group. For dining, the Al Maqam and Al Noor restaurants serve Asian, Middle Eastern and Turkish dishes throughout the day, which makes it easier to plan meals around prayer times and trips to the Haram, and there is also a café for coffee and drinks. Room service is available for guests who prefer to eat in their room, and a wellness centre combines a gym and spa for unwinding after the rites; according to some listings, it also includes a sauna.

Families are well served: alongside the Family Suites there is a dedicated kids' club, and the property has facilities for guests with special needs that make moving around the building easier. Business and conference guests will find a business centre and several meeting rooms, plus the large Al Maha and Al Khazm ballrooms for events. Free Wi-Fi covers the whole hotel, and free self-parking is available for those arriving by car. According to some listings, the hotel also has a large prayer room overlooking Jabal Al Noor. On the other hand, there is no swimming pool and no airport shuttle, so it is best to arrange the airport transfer in advance; there are no smoking rooms, and like every hotel in Saudi Arabia it is entirely alcohol-free.
