Cent Al Khair Hotel sits on Al Khansa Street in Makkah's Al Khansa district, about 2.6 km from Masjid al-Haram, with Bab Al-Salam as the nearest gate. That is too far for most pilgrims to walk every day, so plan on a car or bus to reach the Haram. The hotel belongs to Mira Hotels Group and has around 100 budget-priced rooms.

According to some listings, rooms come as budget singles, twins, triples and quadruples. All are air-conditioned with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and fridge, and some have a balcony. There is no on-site restaurant, but room service is available.
