Saif Al Majd Hotel

Saif Al Majd Hotel sits in the Misfilah district south of the Grand Mosque, about 810 m from the Haram. It is an 11-12 minute walk across the southern plaza, where King Abdulaziz Gate is the closest entrance. Operated by Almajd Group, it is a large property with 794 rooms.

Rooms come in three categories: Deluxe Twin with two single beds, Deluxe Quad, and Deluxe Quint with five single beds, which make up the majority. Each has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator and a private bathroom. There is no on-site restaurant, only a coffee shop in the lobby, but well-known spots such as Albaik, Al Tazaj and Starbucks are a short walk away.

The quad and quint rooms suit families and Umrah groups who want to stay together. Services include a 24-hour front desk, concierge, free WiFi, free private parking and a shuttle to and from King Abdulaziz International Airport. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request for an extra fee, subject to availability.
