The company says it was founded in February 1997, while the record of Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities gives 2007. It is part of Ajlan Holding Group, which also includes Al Anoud Travel, and both companies list their programmes on the same website. According to the company flyer, its hotline 17115 serves Cairo and Alexandria, it has offices in Suez and Kafr El Sheikh, and it has two branches outside Egypt, in Dubai (UAE) and Tripoli (Libya). Its Umrah trips for the 1448 AH season start with 4 nights in Madinah, then 5 nights in Makkah, with the Haramain train between the two cities and the preacher Dr. Mohamed Adel accompanying the trips. There are two levels: Value Plus, at Worth Peninsula in Madinah and Al Shohada in Makkah, and a higher level at Grand Millennium Al Haram in Madinah and Swissotel Al Maqam in Makkah, with breakfast included. Umrah programmes do not include the air ticket, and booking needs a 50% deposit. For Hajj, the company offers Hajj programmes for winners of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities lottery and direct Hajj programmes, with Kedana camps at the holy sites. The company says it gives part of its profits each year to fund a bone-marrow transplant room at Hospital 57357 in the name of its pilgrims.
