About the hotel
About the hotel
Snood Al-Azama Hotel belongs to the Saudi Snood Hotels chain and sits on Jabal Thawr Branch Road in the Batha Quraysh area of Al-Masfalah, south of the Grand Mosque and next to the General Court. It is about 5.2 km from the Haram, so guests rely on the shuttle buses that run there roughly every 30 minutes, and a public bus station is close by.
The hotel keeps its rooms simple and practical, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini fridge, a kettle for tea and coffee, and free Wi-Fi.
A seating area on the ground floor gives guests a place to rest between prayers. The hotel suits pilgrims looking for a simple, budget stay who are comfortable taking the bus to the Haram; if you would rather walk to prayers, a hotel closer to the courtyards will serve you better.
