Makarem Mina Hotel

Makarem Mina Hotel sits on As Surur Street in Makkah's Al Aziziyah district, close to the Aziziyah World Trade Center and about 3.4 km from Masjid al-Haram. That is too far for a daily walk, so the hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the Haram around the clock, a service that matters most during the Hajj and Umrah seasons.

Part of the Makarem Hotels group, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms that, according to some listings, range from twin, triple and quadruple rooms to suites and family rooms. The on-site restaurant serves a breakfast buffet alongside local and international dishes, and a coffee shop offers a place to rest between prayers.

Guests get free WiFi in rooms and public areas, a 24-hour front desk, a business center and free parking, though spaces can run short in peak seasons. Extra beds and baby cots are not available, so families should reserve a room that fits everyone from the start.
