Because that distance is more than a comfortable walk, guests rely on the hotel's free shuttle, which runs around the clock and covers the trip to the Haram in roughly 3 to 5 minutes. The shuttle operates at any hour of the day or night, whether guests are heading out for prayer or coming back afterward, and it is the main way to reach the Haram from this hotel. Guests are advised to ask about shuttle departure times on arrival so they can plan their prayers at the Haram, which makes the hotel a fit for pilgrims who do not mind relying on the shuttle for the trip there and back.

Rooms across the towers fall into three categories, Diplomatic Rooms, Executive Suites and Royal Suites, and the complex holds around 1,321 rooms in total. The suites come with kitchenettes, a practical option for families and longer Umrah stays, and rooms are air-conditioned with flat-screen TVs.
