Continent Al Marzam sits on Saeed bin Zaid Al Ansari Street in Madinah's Al Aridh district, about 3.7 km from the Prophet's Mosque. The nearest Haram gate is Uthman bin Affan Gate on the northern side. It is too far for a daily walk, so guests usually reach the Haram by car or taxi, and the hotel offers free parking for those driving themselves.

The property has 84 rooms and, according to some listings, runs in an aparthotel style, with Deluxe rooms, Superior Twin rooms, Quadruple rooms, a Family Suite and two-bedroom units. Rooms come with an in-room safe and, according to some listings, air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom.
