Amjad Al Gharaa Hotel

Amjad Al Gharaa Hotel sits in the Al Manakhah district of Madinah, about 580 m from the Prophet's Mosque. The nearest entrance is Bab Al-Rahma on the western side, an 8-9 minute walk, so guests can reach every prayer on foot without needing transport.

This is a small independent hotel rather than a chain property, suited to pilgrims who want a simple, practical base close to the Haram. Rooms come with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a hair dryer. According to some listings, room options range from doubles and triples up to quadruple, quintuple and sextuple rooms, and there is an on-site restaurant.

The front desk is open 24 hours, and the hotel offers laundry service and free WiFi, though the signal is reportedly stronger near reception than in the rooms. Free private parking is a plus for guests arriving by car, and the larger multi-bed rooms work well for families and groups. On the downside, rooms have no tea or coffee making facilities.
