The Biltmore Madinah is in the Central Area, on Zaid Bin Sabit Street north of the Prophet's Mosque. It is about 120 m from the mosque, and the nearest entrance is Uthman bin Affan Gate (25) on the northern side.
For more than four decades the hotel was The Oberoi Madina. Oberoi management ended on 1 January 2026, and in March 2026 it reopened as the first Biltmore hotel in Saudi Arabia. It has about 330 rooms.
There is an all-day dining restaurant, a tea house, a wellness and fitness centre and meeting spaces. Guest services are available 24 hours a day.
